The Patient Care Partner is responsible for assisting patients with questions, scheduling follow-ups, etc.

Responsible for providing patient education, coordination and scheduling procedures. Assists physician with patient care and acts as a liaison between patients, staff and physician.
PART TIME
Practice Nurse
Responsible for providing professional nursing care for patients including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation by following established standards and practices.

Team Leader
An exempt position responsible for day-to-day supervision of nurses or other clinicians and allied health staff within specific clinical protocols.
